1. Read “The Diary of Anne Frank” from p. 181 Monday, 20 March 1944 up to page 240 Thursday, 25 May 1944.
For Your Workbook
As you read,
2. Compose five comprehension questions and corresponding answers on p. 8 and more space of your own. Specify the pages of your questions.
3. Make six flash cards using p. 17 and cut them up.
Each student’s CQs and flash cards should come from the following pages:

4. a. Select ten difficult words and look them up in the dictionary.
b. Write down the definition on p. 13~14. Then copy the sentences with the words in the book. Again, specify the pages, where you get the sentences.
c. Finally, make up your own sentences using the words. You are allowed to copy others’ sentences in the dictionary, but you should state the sources if you are taking the sentences from them.
Book Report Preparation:
Brainstorm a variety of ideas on paper using your own feelings, experiences, or others.
You can also refer to current issues that might be related to the book.
Debate Preparation:
Choose an issue of your own interest and search related articles.
Present your issue and the reasons. You may use ppt slides if you like.
