1. Read ¡°The Diary of Anne Frank¡± from p. 120 up to 181.

For Your Workbook
As you read,
2. Compose five comprehension questions and corresponding answers on p. 6~7.  Specify the pages of your questions.
3. Make six flash cards using p. 17 and cut them up.
Each student¡¯s CQs and flash cards should come from the following pages:
Colin: p. 120~131 top                 Scott: p. 131~139 top
Elena: p. 139~150                  Bryan: p. 151~160
EunKee: p. 160~171                 Jennifer: p. 171~181
4. a.  Select ten difficult words and look them up in the dictionary.  
b. Write down the definition on p. 11~12.  Then copy the sentences with the words in the book.  Again, specify the pages, where you get the sentences.
c. Finally, make up your own sentences using the words.  You are allowed to copy others¡¯ sentences in the dictionary, but you should state the sources if you are taking the sentences from them.

5. Using all the information you have collected and elaborated so far, prepare for the following items.
a. Presentation file of about three or more slides: Do not make it crowded.  Your slides should be easy to read and understand.  
b. Speech script for about two minutes, not exceeding seven minutes: This is your official argument in the debate.  Defend your opinion using your research data.  You may have your speech script separately on paper, but the script needs to have 5Ws and 1H clearly rather than a paragraph form.

Do not defend your argument out of your guesses.  You should have objective data from articles or other reference books.
